[Sharon] gave a great overview of how to setup and effectively use Hashtags in social media posts. Good keyword tools - keywordtool.io or Keyword.io. Searching for specific Hashtags on social media platforms such as Instagram identifies the number of media posts that use them (the most popular.) Hastags can be used to integrate marketing campaigns. Using Hashtags on Facebook is wasted as only your friends will see the hastags.

“Sharon, your ‘Art of Effective Evaluations’ was a very worthwhile outing for me. The two hours just flew by! I appreciate the knowledgeable study of evaluations laced with a fine understated humor. I’m excited to apply new ideas to my next evaluations!”

“Sharon is really a delight as a presenter – friendly and forward oriented, her presentation gets you in and involved right away. Her points are clear and organized. I particularly enjoyed the elements she chose to show in her presentation on Pinterest. I found she was fascinated with elements similar to my own preferences. Her curiosity goes beyond the obvious to exploring what makes something so interesting. She is a presenter that takes her own journey into a topic or product and fascinates you with it.
. . . delightful is the word!”

“Sharon Dawson gave a presentation on public speaking at my organization, and she was a perfect model of all the tips she gave us. She did a mini-interview with each attendee and asked what specifically they wanted to learn, so she could gear her talk toward what people were interested in.

The audience was very much engaged and asked a lot of questions. She kept them involved by doing little exercises with them, like asking them to say words with different kinds of emphasis and voice modulation.

Sharon was on time, organized, and pleasant to work with. She was a great source of information on communication issues ranging from networking skills to interviewing to speaking in front of a group.”
